Blind Boy Fuller, born Fulton Allen, was a popular North Carolina singer and fingerpicker who recorded over 100 songs in the 1930s, of which the best known was Truckin’ My Blues Away, the original source of the R. Crumb popularized phrase Keep On Truckin’. On of my favorite versions was recorded by John Hammond Jr.
